Home Instead is looking for caring and compassionate CAREGivers to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.  Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow seniors to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care and compassion.

 LOOKING FOR RELIABLE EMPLOYEES WHO WOULD LIKE TO WORK THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS
  • EVENING (TYPICALLY STARTING AT 4PM OR 5PM ENDING AT 10PM)
  • OVERNIGHT - GREAT WAY TO GET HOURS FAST!  ( TYPICALLY 10PM-8AM)

What would you be providing to our seniors?

Personal Care services including:

  • Assisting with bathing and grooming
  • Assisting with toileting and incontinence issues
  • Ambulation and transferring
  • Assisting with feeding

Companionship and Home Helper services including:

  • Accompanying clients to appointments/running errands
  • Meal preparation
  • Medication reminders/assistance
  • Homemaking—light housekeeping (i.e. laundry, dishes, dusting, vacuuming, changing bed linens, wiping down kitchen counters, etc.)
  • Companionship—conversing, playing board games, listening to music, etc.

Specialized services including:

  • Alzheimer’s/Dementia Care
  • End of Life Support
  • Bed bound Care

Requirements to be a Care Professional:

  • Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, car insurance, and your own reliable vehicle
  • Must pass a level 2 criminal background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screen
  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Ability to communicate with clients and family members in a friendly and congenial manner
