Caregiver / HHA / CNA – Immediate Hire

Home Instead Lakeland | Starting $17–$23/hr

Shifts Available

• Day: 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM (4–12 hours)

• Evening: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM

• Overnight: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM or 8:00 AM
  ✔ Flexible schedules (20–30 hours available)

Pay & Benefits

• $17.00–$23.00/hour (based on level of care)

• Paid mileage when transporting clients

Responsibilities

• Companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping

• Medication reminders & errands

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, mobility, feeding)

• Specialized care including Alzheimer’s, end-of-life & bed-bound care

Requirements

• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license, auto insurance & reliable vehicle

• Ability to pass Level 2 background check, MVR & drug screening
